Front Desk Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at ROC Recruitment.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to provide a warm and welcoming first impression of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the relevant personnel
- Manage the flow of correspondence and ensure timely distribution of mail
- Coordinate travel arrangements and book couriers/cabs as needed
- Update reports and CRM contacts database on a daily basis
- Perform various administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
