Senior Social Impact Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Social Impact Manager to join our team at Electronic Arts. As a key member of our Social Impact team, you will play a critical role in driving our company's social impact strategy and initiatives.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join a global team of creators, storytellers, technologists, and innovators who are passionate about making a positive impact in the communities where we live, work, and play. As a Senior Social Impact Manager, you will work closely with our leadership team and stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that align with our company's values and priorities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute social impact programs and initiatives that drive business value and social impact.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including non-profit organizations, community groups, and industry partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social impact into our business operations and strategies.
- Develop and manage budgets, programs, and partnerships to achieve social impact goals.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of social impact programs and initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, social sciences, or environmental studies.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate social responsibility, social impact, or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful social impact programs and initiatives.
- Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
