Job Title: Proposal Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Proposal Administrator to join our team at Candidate Source. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and customer service.

About the Role:
This role involves working closely with our sales team to administer quotations from receipt to submission. You will be responsible for collating technical information, processing costings, and producing timely quotations. Your duties will include receiving and organising customer requests, liaising with directors to find suitable solutions, administering costing spreadsheets, and producing quotations in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:
- Receiving and organisating all customer quotation requests.
- Analysing requests with the sales/design teams to understand the customer's requirements.
- Liaising with directors to find suitable solutions.
- Administering costing spreadsheets to cost up products and special components.
- Liaising with other departments (including purchasing and production) and suppliers to ascertain correct information.
- Producing quotations in a timely manner and emailing customers.
- Organising, filing, and maintaining accurate quotation records.
- Fielding enquiries on the phone.

Requirements:
We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should be organised, have good time management skills, and be able to work under pressure. Previous experience in sales or customer service would be beneficial.

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.
