North West Borough Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced clinical lead to join our team on a fixed-term contract. This exciting opportunity will involve providing overall clinical leadership responsibility for the North and Mid teams, working across weekdays, weekends, and nights as per service need.

Main Responsibilities
  • Developing and maintaining high standards of care delivery in line with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Providing education and training within the team and wider healthcare economy, aligned with key performance targets and identified needs.
  • Supporting the development of a skilled and flexible workforce within the First Response Service.

The successful candidate will have a degree or equivalent qualification, masters-level qualifications, evidence of continuing professional development, and registration with relevant professional bodies. They will also possess excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to understand and analyze complex data and engage in research.

The estimated salary for this position is £44,500-£56,900, depending on experience.
