Job Overview: Ringway, a market leader in the Highways Term Maintenance Industry, is seeking skilled professionals to join its team.

About the Role:
As a Civil Engineer/Highway Inspector with Ringway, you will be responsible for inspecting and prioritizing highway defects, conducting safety inspections, and identifying potential risks. You will also work closely with the team to ensure smooth operational delivery within the TMC/Civil Engineering sector.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough inspections of highways to identify defects and prioritize repairs.
• Perform safety inspections as required by S58 of the Highways Act.

Requirements:
• City & Guilds 6033 Scheme – Highway Safety Inspection Award or similar accreditation is highly desirable.
• NRSWA – accredited (Supervisor) is essential.
• A good standard of English is required, along with high-level IT skills across various platforms.
• Experience in identification and risk assessment of defects, as well as operational delivery within the TMC/Civil Engineering sector, is crucial.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills are necessary for success in this role.

Salary Information:
We offer a competitive salary of approximately £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. This package includes a range of benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
