Job Title: Interim Corporate Tax Finance Business Partner

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to work with a world-renowned media organisation, providing expert advice on corporate tax issues and supporting the Group with HMRC enquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic advice on corporate tax issues to the commercial business
  • Support the Group with HMRC enquiries and manage Transfer Pricing documentation
  • Review and authorise corporate tax returns for the commercial business
  • Provide updates and recommendations on new legislation relevant to corporate tax
  • Represent the organisation with external agencies, including HMRC and overseas tax authorities
  • Work with the finance community to promote best practice and develop financial policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in corporate tax, with a strong understanding of UK tax law and its application
  • Ability to think strategically and consider future implications
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to identify improvements to processes and controls
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional accounting and/or tax qualification, such as ACA or CTA
