Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist/Programmer to join our team at Cooper Lomaz. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for manufacturing high-precision metal and plastic components using modern CNC machine tools.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manufacturing and Quality Control: Ensure that parts are manufactured to exacting customer specifications, with a focus on quality and precision.
  2. Tooling and Maintenance: Maintain and update tooling consumables, and perform basic day-to-day maintenance checks on CNC machines.
  3. Health and Safety: Comply with all health and safety regulations and ensure a safe system of work.
  4. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and present ideas to the Production Manager.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience with CNC machining and programming
  • Knowledge of Mazak and Hurco machine tools
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
