**Job Description:**

The Information Security Governance Specialist will be responsible for identifying, analysing and influencing the management of Enterprise IT and Enterprise Security risks. This role is a key part of our efforts to ensure the security and compliance requirements are understood across the organisation.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Support internal and external partners on risk assessments, security controls and framework requirements.
  • Coordinate EIT responses to regulatory inquiries and audits, ensuring Arm is compliant with all relevant standards and regulations.
  • Support EIT business continuity management needs, operationalising and assuring a capability to safeguard services and operations in the face of disruption and disaster.
  • Ensure continuity and recovery plans are detailed, approved, tested and maintained by asset owners and custodians.

**Required Skills and Experience:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Experience in conducting internal security assessments and reviews, articulating and documenting information security risks.
  • Strong familiarity with security standards, including NIST CSF, 800-53, ISO 27001, PCI DSS and SOC 2 Type 2 reports.
  • BMC programme governance, including the development and maintenance of a strategy and enabling governance framework, ideally ISO22301 aligned.
  • Interpersonal skills to interact effectively within the Enterprise Security group, customers and vendors at a tactical level.

**Salary:**

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
