* Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.

* Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure robust and error-free deployment.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
* Previous professional experience in backend software development with expertise in.NET and C#.
* Proven experience designing and implementing APIs.
* Strong understanding of the.NET ecosystem, OOP principles, and multi-threading.
* Experience with HL7, FHIR, or other healthcare industry data exchange standards is highly desirable.
* Proficiency in databases (SQL Server, MySQL, etc.) and performing complex queries.
* Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Excellent communication and project management skills.

Preferred Skills:

* Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure.
* Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
* Knowledge of additional backend technologies and frameworks.
* Prior experience in the healthcare industry, particularly with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
* Experience in a lead or senior developer role managing or guiding a team.
* Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines.
