Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Chef de Partie to join our passionate and hardworking team. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for supporting service at a high standard, working with fresh produce, and contributing to the creation of exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support service at a high standard, ensuring seamless execution of dishes and exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to prepare and present high-quality dishes, adhering to our culinary standards.
  • Contribute to menu development, suggesting new ideas and techniques to enhance our culinary offerings.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years' experience as a demi Chef de Partie/Chef de Partie or above in a well-established restaurant, working with fresh produce and as part of a large team.
  • Strong passion for cooking and commitment to delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
