Senior Facilities Management Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Facilities Management Engineer to join our team at Carbon60 in Barrow in Furness. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our client's site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective facilities management strategies to optimize site performance.
- Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and vendors.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of site facilities, including equipment and infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in facilities management, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of facilities management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
