Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Support engineer to join our team at Revoco. As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for owning and managing our internal networking infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain our internal networking infrastructure, including routers, switches, VLANs, and subnets.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to our team members on networking-related issues.
  • Collaborate with our IT team to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and systems.
  • Develop and implement network security protocols to protect our infrastructure from cyber threats.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in an IT support role or similar position.
  • Solid understanding of Windows, Linux, and Mac OS.
  • Strong understanding of office networking and network security.
