Swim Instructor Role Overview

Nuffield Health is seeking a skilled Swim Instructor to join our team at the Letchworth Fitness & Wellbeing Club. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for providing safe and effective swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage and inspire members to achieve their swimming goals
  • Deliver one-to-one lessons or group classes
  • Be a positive role model with a fun and engaging approach
  • Promote memberships by explaining the benefits of our facilities

Requirements:

  • ASA Level 2 or equivalent qualification
