About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Nursery Manager to join our dedicated team at Busy Bees Day Nursery. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care and education for our children.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day activities of the nursery, ensuring every individual child's needs are met.
- Establish strong relationships with parents and guardians, ensuring effective communication and support.
- Assist the Nursery Manager in ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining the highest standards of health and safety.
- Support, supervise, train, and appraise staff to ensure delivery of high-quality childcare practice.
- Encourage and praise children's development and achievements.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to hold at least a Level 3 Childcare qualification and have previous experience working as an Assistant Nursery Manager or Deputy Nursery Manager.
