Sytner MINI Slough is seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Controller to join our sales team. As a Sales Controller, you will report to the MINI Brand Manager and be responsible for driving used car sales volume, sales profitability, and stock acquisition. You will implement effective sales plans to motivate your sales team to deliver industry-leading results and provide an outstanding customer experience.

About You

This role is ideal for an individual with a broad knowledge of used vehicle sales and purchases and a proven track record in sales or sales management within the motor industry. You will have a natural passion for stock acquisition and set high standards to ensure our physical and digital customers' journey aligns with our brand standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales plans to drive used car sales volume and sales profitability
  • Manage and maintain a high and profitable stock turn
  • Work closely with the sales team to deliver industry-leading results and provide an outstanding customer experience
  • Implement effective stock acquisition strategies to meet sales targets
