Pricing Manager

We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially focused Pricing Manager to join our team at Stonegate Group. As a Pricing Manager, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining our group pricing strategy and processes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Maintain Pricing Strategy: Use data to review, develop, and model the impact of format pricing strategies and structures.
- Maximise Revenue: Identify price opportunities through the offer change process, working closely with the Commercial Planning Team.
- Post Analysis and Insights: Involvement in post-analysis and insights into the impact of price and offer changes.
- Process Improvements: Drive process improvements to enable efficient and quick reaction to performance shifts and market movements.
- Performance Analysis: Performance analysis of pricing and promotions.
- Pricing and Margin Forecasts: Providing pricing and margin forecasts for all company investments.
- Support to Head of Margin Management: Supporting the Head of Margin Management in key projects.
- Pricing Trials: Play an active role in supporting and analysis of pricing trials.
- New System Support: New system support.
- Developing and Managing Workloads: Developing and managing workloads of four Commercial Business Partners.
- Highly Analytical: Highly analytical with strong commercial acumen.
- IT Literacy: IT literacy and strong Excel skills.
- Financial Information: Capable of interpreting and presenting financial information to different audiences verbally and using e.g. PowerPoint/written comms.
- EPOS Data: Knowledge of EPOS data or other Business Intelligence applications are essential.
- Teamwork and Independence: Must be able to work both as part of a team and independently.
- Good Organisation: Good organisation and time management skills are essential to this role.
- People Development: Desire to 'get the job done', certain time periods may be busier than others.
- Commercial Focus: Ideal candidate is commercially focused, analytically minded, and a strategic thinker.
- Communication and Influencing Skills: Good communication and influencing skills and a can-do attitude.
- Commercial/Pricing Experience: Experience in Commercial/Pricing roles in a product environment is essential.
- Team Management: Experience of managing and coaching a team is essential.
