Job Title: Interim Stock Condition Surveyor

About the Role:

We are working with a Housing Association to recruit for an interim Stock Condition Surveyor covering Cambridgeshire and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting detailed property inspections, compiling reports, and collaborating with our asset management and maintenance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting property inspections to assess the condition of homes
• Compiling reports on the physical state of housing, identifying repairs and improvements
• Collaborating with our asset management and maintenance teams to prioritise necessary works
• Ensuring properties meet health and safety regulations

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have proven experience as a Stock Condition Surveyor or in a similar role within the housing or construction sector. HHSRS experience is highly desirable.
