Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Contract Quantifier to join our team at Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD. The successful candidate will have a strong background in the construction industry, preferably with knowledge of Faade or fenestration systems.

About the Role

The Senior Cladding Estimator will be responsible for liaising with clients, establishing their requirements, and creating accurate quotes for cladding and fixing systems. This includes working with product cost lists, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish client requirements and create detailed quotes for cladding and fixing systems
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., construction management, quantity surveying)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in estimating or a related field
  • Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and AutoCAD
