Job Description

  1. Deliver high-quality support to classroom teachers, enhancing lesson plans and activities to engage students and promote academic excellence.
  2. Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, ensuring a collaborative and inclusive school environment.
  3. Collaborate with teachers to assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and recommendations to inform instruction and improve outcomes.
  4. Contribute to the development and implementation of teaching strategies and resources, aligned with school policies and curriculum requirements.

Requirements and Qualifications

  1. Demonstrate exceptional knowledge of Key Stage 1 curriculum and instructional methods.
  2. Possess a minimum of 6 months experience as a Teaching Assistant in a UK-based educational setting, with verifiable references from previous employers or placements.
  3. A Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification is highly desirable, with a strong emphasis on continued professional development.
  4. Exhibit outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
  5. Show a genuine passion for education and a commitment to making a positive impact on students' lives.

Estimated Salary Range
