Maintenance and Repair Specialist - Electrical

Competitive salary: £40,322 per annum + shift allowance

Working Double Days (Rotating AM & PM shift)

Kidderminster

Permanent

CV Library is working with a prestigious manufacturing company who due to expansion are looking for a Maintenance and Repair Specialist - Electrical to join their team on Double Days rotating shift.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Performing a range of electrical installations, repairs and renovation in manufacturing plant, office, factory site, covering instrumentation, motors, pump, wiring for electrical circuits.
  2. Responsible for correct wiring of high value equipment and machinery.
  3. Testing portable electrical equipment.
  4. Use of PLC system control and manipulation of programme, including fault finding and enquiries and follow up.
  5. Commissioning and reading drawings.
  6. Report danger of faulty equipment and electrical installations through formal record system.
  7. Assist in the development of new starters and trainees.
  8. Drive forklift truck 3-10 tonnes.
  9. Uphold safe working practices at all times.
Requirements:
  1. Previous Maintenance Experience.
  2. Electrical Qualification.
  3. Knowledge of hydraulics & pneumatics.
  4. FLT License.
  5. Ability to use tools, ammeter, voltmeter, multi tester, electrical drill, soldering equipment, general engineering tools, portable electrical tools, PC, and software.
Shifts & Salary:

Salary - £40,322 per annum

Working week = Double days, Monday - Friday (rotating AM and PM shift)

AM - Monday - Thursday - 6am - 2:15pm
AM - Friday - 6am - 1:15pm
PM - Monday - Thursday - 2pm - 10:15pm
PM - Friday - 2pm - 9:15pm
