The Allum Medical Centre is a dynamic and patient-focused healthcare hub dedicated to delivering exceptional care. As a proactive medical office administrator, you will be at the forefront of providing top-notch support to our diverse team and patients.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and flexible individual to join our reception team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will work closely with the Reception Manager, receptionists, and other colleagues to ensure seamless operations.

Key responsibilities include greeting patients, visitors, and contractors in a polite and timely manner. You will assist patients with appointments, queries, and requests, as well as support clinical and non-clinical colleagues with their needs. Basic administrative tasks, such as accuracy in record-keeping, are also essential duties.

A strong communicator is vital for this role, as you will interact with patients via phone, email, or eConsult. Proficiency in navigating various IT programs is required, including EMIS. Although prior experience in a GP surgery is desirable, training will be provided for the right candidate.
