Manufacturing Engineer

Bennett And Game Recruitment is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team in Andover, Hampshire. The successful candidate will coordinate and carry out engineering activities to ensure the requirements for a product line.
Key Responsibilities- Assist senior engineers and management in the execution of tasks for engineering projects.
- Develop and implement processes to improve quality and reduce waste.
- Ensure equipment and process standard operating procedures are documented and reviewed for accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify training needs for new and current operators.
- Work with quality engineers to investigate instances of poor quality and compile evidence and data for 8D reports.
- A degree qualification in an engineering or scientific discipline such as electronics, manufacturing, or mechanical engineering.
- A minimum of 2 years working in a relevant manufacturing environment.
- A full UK driving licence is preferred.
- Competitive salary dependent on experience, skill, and qualifications.
- Full-time position with a 25-day holiday package and bank holidays.
