If so, we'd love to hear from you As an Assistant Retail Buyer Coordinator at the RNLI, you'll play a key role in supporting our retail operations with a proactive attitude, high attention to detail, and excellent organisational skills.

What You'll Do:
  • Sourcing and development of product ranges.
  • Identifying new and ongoing market trends and customer shopping behaviours.
  • Managing supplier relationships.
  • Working closely with colleagues to achieve critical path deadlines for product launch and marketing opportunities.

Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role or within the retail sector.
  • Experience within a Buying and Product development team.
  • Knowledge of developing own brand ranges.
  • Understanding of the life of a product and a buying critical path.

Salary Range: £34,000 - £44,000 per annum, depending on experience.
