Customer Service Administrator Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Administrator to join our team at Maritime Transport. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for managing customer daily volumes, dealing with internal and external issues, and maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer daily volumes and resolve any issues that may arise.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Working knowledge of IT systems and Microsoft Excel.
