About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Team Leader in our Ambient department. As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the department, leading a team of colleagues to deliver exceptional service to our members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating the team to consistently deliver outstanding performance and excellent store standards
  • Supporting the section leader in delivering the day-to-day operation of the department
  • Ensuring that all Health, Safety & Environmental policies and practices are upheld
  • Continuously reviewing waste within the department and seeking solutions to reduce wastage

Requirements:

  • Ability to lead by example and uphold Company Shop Group values
  • Effective communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to plan and organize workloads
  • Flexibility and adaptability to support the needs of the business

Location: Company Shop, Unit 10, Castle Mill, Birmingham New Road, Dudley, DY1 4DA

Shifts/Hours: 20 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 (rota basis) between the hours of 6am and 10pm Monday to Friday, 6am to 9pm Saturday and 6am to 8pm Sunday
