About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Replenishment Manager to join our team in Newport, Gwent. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the warehouse, fill levels, and stock control are maintained to provide the highest store standards for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train and develop team members to achieve highest standards in replenishment
  • Ensure efficient delivery and receipt of stock
  • Support seasonal promotional activity and drive sales growth
  • Operate and maintain processes to ensure compliance with all legal requirements
  • Ensure store appearance, availability, and customer service are of the highest standard
  • Maintain Health and Safety compliance
About You

We are looking for an enthusiastic, focused, and driven individual with a passion for retail and delivering great service. Ideal candidates will have:

  • Experience in managing a small team in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Effective communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to think on their feet and adapt to changing situations
  • Flexible approach and a 'can-do' attitude
  • Strong knowledge and ability to deliver KPIs
