Job Title: Dance Teacher

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dance Teacher to join our team at a large secondary school in East Birmingham. As a Dance Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons in Dance, as well as covering other areas such as Music and Drama as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality Dance lessons to students of various ages and abilities
• Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to different learning styles
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Collaborate with other teachers to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive curriculum
• Contribute to the development of the school's arts program

Requirements:

• QTS with a Performing Arts specialism
• Experience teaching up to at least KS4
• Strong classroom management skills
• A real desire to make a positive difference in the lives of students
