**Job Title:** SEND Support Assistant - Slough Location
**Location:** Slough, England
**Salary:** £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated SEND Support Assistant to join our team at a friendly and inclusive school in Slough. As a SEND Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, engaging, and enjoyable learning environment for students with additional needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a safe and immersive learning atmosphere, promoting positive connections and boosting confidence among students.
- Assist class teachers with classroom activities, supporting students' academic and personal development.
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to students, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.
- Assist with personal care duties as needed, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards students' individual needs.

Requirements:
