Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Business Leader to join our team in Battersea. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the store, driving sales, and achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales and Revenue Growth: Drive KPIs and results to reach and exceed targets by implementing effective sales strategies and providing excellent customer service.
  2. Team Management: Lead by example, coach, and mentor the team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales.
  3. Inventory Management: Ensure accurate and efficient inventory management processes are in place to minimize stock levels and prevent stockouts.
  4. Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment that reflects the company's values and standards.
  5. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, responding to their needs, and resolving any issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years of retail management experience with a proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving business objectives.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Benefits:

  • Competitive Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
