We are seeking an Asset Management Coordinator to join our team at Aiviq Limited. As a key member of our product development process, you will play a vital role in collaborating with our talented technologists to drive innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse user feedback and product data to support decision-making and track objectives
  • Conduct guided market research and distil information for team use
  • Capture customer trends, priorities, and pain points from stakeholder interactions
  • Create presentations and analyses to support strategic decisions
  • Communicate strategic roadmaps and prioritisation rationale to internal stakeholders
  • Assist with Scrum Master duties, including sprint planning and retrospectives
  • Support backlog prioritisation using leading frameworks
  • Craft user stories with acceptance criteria and create wireframes using Figma
  • Identify and address execution risks and assumptions under supervision
  • Compile internal and external release notes
  • Develop knowledge of Financial Services, particularly Asset Management
