About the Role

As a Domiciliary Care Assistant at Florence Court, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents. You'll provide personalized support with daily tasks, personal care, companionship, and light household duties, ensuring they maintain their independence and well-being.

This is a bank contract position, offering you the flexibility to choose your working hours and fit your role around other commitments.

Your Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Provide companionship and engage in social activities with residents.
  • Help with light household duties, including meal preparation and cleaning.
  • Support residents with medication reminders and appointments.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.

About You

We are looking for compassionate and reliable individuals who enjoy working with older adults. Previous experience in care is desirable but not essential, as we provide comprehensive training to all our staff.
