Job Description
The FP&A Manager will be critical in driving operational, financial, and strategic decision-making across the business by providing actionable insights, financial analysis, and robust support. As part of the Finance team and member of the senior management team, you will be comfortable operating at all levels of business and instrumental in designing and improving how financial information and insights are delivered.
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead the budgeting, monthly 12-month rolling forecast, and long-term strategic planning processes
- Develop and maintain effective relationships across the business aligning financial goals with business strategies and driving profitability
- Provide support across the business analysing financial and operational results to better understand and report on company performance in a timely manner
- Dive deeply into financial data, providing insightful action-orientated analysis that identifies business challenges and proposes solutions
- Provide detailed analysis and commentary on Business Unit results
- Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year proactively identifying opportunities for improvement
- Work on corporate projects and initiatives that impact the entire organisation
- Develop financial models to project long term growth & support effective decision making
