We have one permanent vacancy within the Operations Department working on dayshift.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of projects on site from initial scope development through to implementation.
  • Adhere to the DSM Management of Change process throughout the project life cycle.
  • Develop and prepare relevant project design and construction documentation.
  • Apply engineering project management principles to supervise contractors and liaise with authorities.
  • Ensure activities are performed as planned and take corrective action when necessary.
  • Plan projects with respect to time, resources, and costs.
  • Report on status and progress to leadership.
  • Work closely with Operations and Maintenance to optimize efficiency.
  • Liaise with the engineering community within DSM.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach towards SHE management.

You Should Have:

  • A degree in engineering and at least 5 years of relevant industrial experience.
  • Essential behaviors such as flexibility, teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
