About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Worker to join our Specialist Eating Disorder Unit at Priory Hospital Bristol. As a key member of our Multi-Disciplinary Team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our service users.
Key Responsibilities
- To work closely with service users, their families, and carers to understand their needs and develop personalized care plans.
- To assess and manage risk, ensuring the safety and well-being of service users.
- To work collaboratively with the Multi-Disciplinary Team to deliver person-centered care, focusing on recovery and empowerment.
- To maintain accurate and comprehensive records, adhering to relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
- To contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with best practice and regulatory standards.

Person Specification
- Qualified Social Worker with a strong background in mental health and social care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with service users, families, and colleagues.
- Ability to work autonomously, with a high degree of initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures, including the Mental Health Act and the Care Act.
