About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Production Operative to join our team at Autocraft Solutions Group. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating production equipment, following work processes to a high standard, and maintaining a safe and clean working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate production equipment to meet production targets
  • Follow all work processes and procedures to ensure high-quality products
  • Contribute to a safe and clean working environment by adhering to health and safety guidelines
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production goals

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment
  • Good understanding of production equipment and processes
  • Previous experience with wood cutting tools (desirable)
  • FLT license (desirable)
  • Knowledge of basic safety rules and precautionary measures
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including days and late shifts
