Project Manager/Quantity Surveyor Position at Capstone

About the Role

The role offers a unique chance to work across both project management and cost consultancy, creating a more streamlined experience for clients. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach, with 2-4 years of experience in either Quantity Surveying or Project Management. Strong interpersonal skills are essential, as the role involves interactions ranging from site managers to executives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including planning, budgeting, and execution.
  • Coordinate and manage client relationships, providing a clear communication link between stakeholders.
  • Conduct detailed cost management and forecasting to ensure project efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company quality control procedures.
  • Closely collaborate with design and construction teams to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Excellent communication, with the ability to adapt to diverse client interactions.
