The People Systems Advisor is a key member of the People & Culture team, reporting directly to the People Systems and Transformation Manager. This role is integral in supporting future improvements to our people systems, and for the provision of advice, guidance and support regarding functionality and the day-to-day maintenance of such systems.
Key Responsibilities- Provide good quality data and reporting which supports evidence-based decision making across the Service, and which also enables us to respond to external reporting requests and statistical data returns.
- Support the development and implementation of people systems and processes that promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address system and process gaps, and to develop solutions that meet the needs of the organization.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on the use of people systems and processes, and ensure that they are aware of their roles and responsibilities in maintaining these systems.
- Demonstrate a firm commitment to inclusivity, fairness, dignity and the highest standards of ethical behaviors.
- Champion these values in their day-to-day work and promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
