Woodrow Mercer Tech is seeking an experienced IT Service Manager to lead a small team of two and drive the company's technology strategy forward.

The Role

This role encompasses both day-to-day operations and involvement in shaping IT strategy. Key responsibilities include overseeing daily IT operations, ensuring efficient management and service delivery. The successful candidate will also guarantee the availability and optimal performance of our ERP system and other critical business applications.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 2 years of experience in IT management, with previous experience in a technical, user-facing IT role. You must hold ITIL certification and have expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Teams, and Entral ID/Active Directory administration.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $95,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including non-contributory private healthcare, critical illness cover, and a generous contributory pension plan.
