About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to lead our team on nuclear projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing construction activities, ensuring delivery in line with contractual requirements, client satisfaction, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Prepare for successful project delivery by identifying site requirements, undertaking comprehensive construction planning, and reviewing contract documentation.
- Site Management: Plan, monitor, and manage execution of construction activities to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality works.
- Reporting: Review and monitor reporting of construction progress and maintain detailed records.
- Relationship Management: Drive and manage internal and external relationships for effective achievement of project goals.
- Team Leadership: Provide leadership, guidance, and support to motivate the site team.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have sound experience in a progressive construction environment, leading and managing site teams. They should also have experience of Structural Steel activities and heavy construction, such as nuclear, offshore, or petrochemical projects.

This is a long-term role offering a competitive salary of £65-75k + accommodation + travel. We strive for industry-leading standards of quality and aim to achieve no reportable health and safety events.
