About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Customer Marketing Operations team as a CRM Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for building and delivering multi-channel CRM campaigns that drive customer engagement and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with design and marketing teams to develop creative email and app communications that resonate with our customers.
  • Design and test custom emails using Adobe Marketing Cloud, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver impactful campaigns under tight deadlines.
  • Partner with Loyalty and Data teams to innovate and elevate customer communications, shaping engagement and driving business growth.
About You
  • You will be a confident and adaptable individual, with a keen interest in digital marketing and relevant technologies.
  • Practical knowledge of HTML and CSS is essential, with a qualification in a related field being advantageous.
  • You will be a team player, with excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work closely with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve shared goals.

Location: Nottingham

Salary: £30,000 per annum

Hours: 37.5 hour week, generally 9am – 5pm
