Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Credit Controller to join our team at Clee Hill Plant Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about finance and providing excellent customer service.

Role Summary:
This role involves working as part of our Finance team, providing an efficient, accurate and timely debt recovery service. You will be responsible for posting cash received onto the computer system, updating the Credit Control Diary, processing credit applications, liaising with internal customers and responding to queries from external customers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage debt recovery process, ensuring timely resolution of debts
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Process credit applications, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial procedures and regulations

Requirements:
  • Strong administrative and communication skills
  • Able to work accurately within tight timescales
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Previous experience within a Finance function
