About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at Atlas Copco Airpower N.V. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment, troubleshooting issues, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on air compressors, dryers, gas generators, and ancillary equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues, determining possible causes and performing repairs as needed.
  • Document all work performed using company-provided hardware and software.
  • Develop relationships with customers, providing basic tools and equipment as needed.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Respond to customer needs, working to satisfy expectations and promote positive company branding.
  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule and be available for overtime as needed.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in an industrial electrical or mechanical position.
  • Mechanical or electrical qualification, or equivalent experience.
  • Full UK driving license with less than 4 points.
  • Computer literacy and ability to learn new systems.
  • Flexibility to participate in the call-out rota and travel throughout the region.
