Job Title: Aesthetic Field Service Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team at Post 2 Post Recruitment Ltd. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support and maintenance services to our clients' garage equipment and vehicle workshops.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and repair a wide range of garage equipment, including vehicle lifts, wheel balancers, tire changers, and diagnostic tools.
  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on client equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
  • Provide on-site training and support to clients on the proper use and maintenance of their equipment.
  • Maintain detailed records of all service activities and provide comprehensive reports to the management team.
  • Collaborate with the sales and customer service team to address client needs and provide recommendations for equipment upgrades or replacements.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in maintaining and repairing garage equipment.
  • Experience with various types of garage equipment, such as lifts, tire changers, and diagnostic tools.
  • Aptitude to learn and work on their own initiative.
  • Good problem-solving skills with a practical mindset.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
Skills:
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting technical manuals and diagrams.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
