Role Summary

This role involves supporting, delivering, and coordinating person-centred dementia care, implementing therapeutic interventions to improve clinical outcomes, and working within a multidisciplinary team of nursing, social care, psychology, and wellbeing practitioners.

  • Conduct holistic nursing assessments, provide general nursing and bio-psychosocial interventions, and share knowledge and deliver best practices.
