Job Title: Principal Electrical Design Engineer

GR Associates, a specialist independent building services consultancy, is seeking a highly skilled Principal Electrical Design Engineer to join their team on a 3-6 month contract in the West Midlands.

About the Role:
  • Design and develop effective electrical systems for a wide range of project sectors, including commercial, residential, educational, and industrial.
  • Prepare feasibility reports, specifications, and contract administration following Quality Assurance and Health and Safety procedures.
  • Assist in preparing reports, such as design reports and contract administration, and provide site supervision and management of electrical services installations.
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure timely completion of projects and maintain high-quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in UK building services design.
  • Qualified to a minimum of HND level.
  • Demonstrable UK building services background.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
