Health and Safety Expert for House Building Sector

We are seeking an experienced Health & Safety Consultant to join our rapidly expanding national Health & Safety Consultancy, GS2 Partnership.

This role will involve delivering high-quality HSE support across various house building sites in the North Thames region, including areas such as St Albans, Biggleswade, Hitchin, Bishops Stortford, and more.

You will report directly to the Construction Services Director and will be home-based with frequent site visits. Your contribution will be essential in driving health and safety culture across key construction projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site inspections and provide hands-on HSE support
  • Conduct external PC/client inspections
  • Deliver in-house health and safety training for site operatives and management teams

Requirements:

  • Experience working in UK construction, particularly house building
  • NEBOSH General/Construction Certificate
  • A UK driving license and willingness to travel, including occasional overnight stays
