School Behaviour Support Position in RichmondRibbons and Reeves Limited is recruiting a Behaviour Mentor Assistant to join their team in Richmond. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a secondary school setting, supporting students' social and emotional development and promoting positive behaviours.
The Behaviour Mentor Assistant will work closely with teachers and other staff members to create a positive and inclusive learning environment, using behavioural strategies and support tools to enhance students' personal growth and classroom focus. A degree in Psychology or a related field (Minimum 2:1 degree from a recognised UK university) is required for this position, as is previous experience working with children or young people and strong communication and interpersonal skills. The salary for this role is £96-£105 per day on a permanent PAYE contract.
