Corporate Finance Director

We are seeking a Corporate Finance Director - Private Equity to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading professional services firm in the UK, backed by private equity.
The successful applicant will be responsible for conducting thorough market research, evaluating potential deals, developing financial models, and supporting negotiations.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate potential deals on both a commercial and strategic level, producing high-level summaries and recommendations for our Executive team.
- Develop preliminary financial models to support value creation initiatives and offer analysis.
- Support negotiations and preparation of Heads of Terms documents.
- Work closely with senior team members, external advisors, and internal teams to facilitate due diligence and successfully achieve business objectives.
The successful applicant will possess an ACA qualification and background in M&A/Corporate Finance or Transaction Services. Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking skills, and proficiency in project management are also essential.
Salary and BenefitsA competitive salary of £80,000-£100,000 per annum, plus benefits.
