About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Breakfast Chef de Partie to join our team at The Fife Arms Hotel. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the breakfast service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook breakfast orders to a high standard, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation.
  • Manage the mis-en-place, including the breakfast buffet and hot section, to ensure a seamless service.
  • Work closely with the Executive Chef to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Assist with other sections or duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.
  • Prepare order forms and manage stock usage, menu planning, and business levels.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, stock control, organisation, and presentation in the section.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar luxury hospitality environment, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality food and service.
  • A true passion for food and a commitment to using only the freshest ingredients.
  • Excellent kitchen and knife skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • A thorough understanding of Health & Safety and food safety guidelines within the kitchen.
  • A willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of pressure and attention to detail.
