Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Account Manager to join our team at Kingsgate Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with existing customers, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospecting and lead generation through telephone and CRM system
- Account management and development, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Building strong relationships with existing customers and stakeholders
- Providing excellent customer service and support
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets and revenue growth goals
- Outbound B2B sales or B2C sales experience
- Strong verbal communication skills for rapport building during telephone work
- Good written communication skills for introductory correspondence and ongoing development work
- Enthusiastic and resilient with a strong work ethic
- Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
- GCSEs including English and Math, and A levels or further education
