Telesales Account Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Account Manager to join our team at Kingsgate Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with existing customers, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting and lead generation through telephone and CRM system
  • Account management and development, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Building strong relationships with existing customers and stakeholders
  • Providing excellent customer service and support
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets and revenue growth goals
Requirements:
  • Outbound B2B sales or B2C sales experience
  • Strong verbal communication skills for rapport building during telephone work
  • Good written communication skills for introductory correspondence and ongoing development work
  • Enthusiastic and resilient with a strong work ethic
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
  • GCSEs including English and Math, and A levels or further education
